6076375 Thanks for the input! Actually, I was going to go with a set of "tuner" type cars, like the Corolla, Civic, Fiesta, and others within that size/weight class. Specifically since those types have front wheel drive, and one major advantage when being chased is maneuverability over outright speed. Still, I may throw in a Challenger, or something similar. Less "Smokey and the Bandit" and more "The Fast and the Furious".

I recently found a car online that I think might be a good addition. It's the BMW i8 hybrid, at least, I think that's the name. Not sure if it's what your looking for, but seems like an idea at least
6437930 I actually like that car very much. Slight issue though, it's an electric hybrid, and meant for a modern road. So far as we know, Equestria is at a rudimentary stage of road development, with packed dirt tracks as the most advanced driving surface they have. In light of that, a vehicle with primarily offroad capabilities makes more sense. Something like a Local Motors Rally Fighter. Thanks for the input though, please keep sending in suggestions!

6461859 Doubtful. Keep in mind, Equestria has none of what we would call "modern" roads. A Tesla, awesome as it is, is built for flat, smooth surfaces. What this situation calls for is a vehicle with a bit more... bite.

Keeping the concieled vehicle a surprise I see...very clever. As for pellet guns...I think going with rubber bullets would be more effective. They actually knock the target down painfully for a bit. With airsoft pellets they will most likely just piss the captors off based on what they are.

Thanks! I was going for something a little like classic Knight Rider, but as real-world as possible. As far as I can tell, you could do all these mods to a real vehicle without increasing the weight too much... It'd be obscenely expensive, but doable.
Interesting how Earth Mover is gaining favor with her captor. Reminds me of certain tactics to employ when one has been taken hostage.

That's what I was going for; a more cerebral approach, since she can't actually escape on her own, at least, not easily. But, if she can at least plant a seed of doubt in her immediate captor's mind, perhaps even convince them to let her escape when the moment comes, things will go more smoothly.
