Writey the writer

I write stories. I like to hear what people think and tips on how to improve. I'm also looking for an editor/someone to regularly criticize my work to help its formation. Thanks, and enjoy the fandom.

One-thousand years is a long time to feel regret; it's even longer when your demise lies at the end.

A week I've been here. A week stuck in this wretched cage with only the oncoming execution to occupy my thoughts. I used to rule the world, I used to fear none-but my other half took it all away.

Goodness, you're one hell of a writer. Fantastic prose and an interesting concept. Celestia's character seemed a tad off at first, but you seemed to really meld more into her as the story went on. I'd like it if there was some more explanation on Luna's actions, as extreme as they are. It seems like it would be logical to assume that there would be more reasoning behind it. Even so, you've more than enough earned a fav and a thumb. Excellent work.

That's one deliciously dark description! :pinkiegasp:

I must set aside time this evening to read this! :rainbowdetermined2: Although, I must say that I really hope it's not Luna who's trying to execute Celestia. I'm rather fond of our princess of the moon. :trollestia:

What did I just read?

So i want to know what would cause luna to hang Celestia.

you just read Celestia being hung. It was actually pretty good, I really felt for her.

I cannot think of words to describe this. But it is amazing.

Oh... OH..

You have a way with words, my good sir. I've read a few good stories like this one before, but never one about Celestia. You have out done them all.

573008 She's pissed about being left on the moon for 1000 years. So she returned, overthrew Celestia, and then began leading the New Lunar Republic.

I dont know why, but that seemed quite... powerful.

"I felt my chest grow heavy as I pushed out a weak, quivering breath. My mind moved to a distant but comforting reverie, and still, I could not shake the bittersweet memory. That my truth was carried to the grave- my truth would never be repeated; her lies would never be forgotten."

That was the song I was listening to when I first thought up this idea :pinkiehappy:

Very Touching... Listen to This
It fits the story.

Very nice. Thumbs up achieved. :moustache:

Never will get how a monarch can lead a republic :rainbowlaugh:

Even faced with death Celestia will not abandon her ponies and will rather die to give them a chance to see the truth, then live and let them live in a lie.

Never liked reading about Celestia getting killed but this is still great.

This has to be the most intresting take on the death of Celestia, I like the idea that she faced death with dignity and was willing to die for her beliefs, very good job my friend. :pinkiesad2:

This is well-done. I am impressed.

Well, this is awkward.:trollestia:

Seriously though, fantastic story and very well written and thought out. It isn't the first instance of Luna murdering Celestia that I have seen, but it is definitely one of the best. This site needs more writers like you my friend!

Very good... i enjoyed it... i thought it would have a twist but i wonder if a preqal would explain it more...maybe even a side story if she took freedom over death...well still nice story...love it when ur givin a choice in a story...makes you think a little but yeh loved it...nice you touched lightly on twilight...she would never stop beliveing in her teacher :)

i imagined soap's death music from call of duty at the end.
manly tears were shed.
:fluttercry: :raritycry:

Luna is still best princess.
Maybe even best pony.

Damn, this is amazing. I mean, this was great. The only odd thing to me - I didn't cry. :rainbowhuh:

Thanks for a great story, Pinkamina.

I liked this. A lot.

Professor Hugbox: Oh hai thar

Excuse me while I check into the hospital for heart arrhythmia. :twilightoops:

Wow... Just wow... :pinkiegasp: The sad part is, her subjects will continue to live the lie Luna's fed them (whatever that lie was). This story was physically painful to read. Immediate favourites list qualifier. :yay:

I feel as though there's going to be some sort of sequel to this story.:unsuresweetie: It was dark, yet mystericous, and a little open ended. Just the way I like it.

This is an extraordinary look into the Lunaverse. Shockingly blunt, depressingly melancholic, and beautifully brutal, you have perfectly captured Celestia's downfall.

5/5 stars, and I don't give that lightly.

Damn, i kinda wanted to do a sequel to this
