Nurarihyon

I love to read stories, and I try to write things that I would enjoy to read. I am on an inordinate amount of time, so if you feel like talking, or asking something, pm me and I'll respond quickly.

An evil sealed by Celestia after the Nightmare War has finally escaped his prison, and unlike the other ancient evils that have returned to challenge the elements, he intends to wage war against not only Equestria, but the entire world.

In order to face this threat the Equestrians will have to reach out to to friends and enemies alike just to survive as the dead begin to stir and Darkness begins to rise.

Just read (listened to) this today, and I'm liking it so far! It's a good start and your OC is a solid character. Looking forward to more.

This chapter is good. I like the dialogue between the characters.

This is great fanfic. I like that bit about magic being a tool and can come in all forms including dark magic. Just to be sure, is Midnight a unicorn with changeling magic and somehow changeling magic alter his DNA? That could explain the fangs.

Is Bladewing a griffon? I wasn't so sure until the mention of a beak.

6924343 That is mostly correct yes. When he broke his leg the method that the changelings used to heal him did slightly alter him, but only a little. He has learned to use a Changeling style of magic. The fangs, and his ability to eat meat, comes mostly from him having a thestral mother. He takes after his father in being a unicorn. This will be brought up later. It's also worth mentioning that at this point he is the captain of the Lunar Guard in name only, with his duties as ambassador having all but taken over his professional, and to a degree personal, life. This is why he was able to spend enough time with the changelings to learn from them as he has.

Sorry for the long chunk of text, but I didn't know when I'd be able to explain those things and you gave me an opportunity.

6925474 That's okay. Thanks for explaining it.

Don't worry about. I'm a patient reader...most of the time.
