After Pinkie Pie had her little fiasco with the mirror pond, the scientific urge to run tests on the area grew within Twilight. If only she had the time to do some experiments, but with everything that happens around Ponyville on a daily basis, and her new status of Princess, she doesn't seem to ever have any time. That is, until she earns her first vacation.

Hmm... too early and too little to form a full opinion on this, though the description and artwork seems to hint to something potentially interesting. Personally I would have extended the chapter to incorporate some more definite action in order to hook readers more readily, but it's your work to do with as you decide. And the breakoff point worked fairly well.
I'll wait until the next chapter to make an opinion.

Secondly (lastly?), I do plan to continue this story but, as of now, it requires too much time to conduct the story in the way I want to with a bunch of other things going on. I'm hoping to work out a once monthly update though.
