After doing much brainstorming, plot planning, and rewriting, this is the final result. I definitely think this is better than the original, and hope you guys like it. Plus, now that I've mostly got the plot figured out, it should hopefully be an open road from here!
So, is it better than the original?
PS: Anyone spot the Battlefield 3 reference?
I have to say, this version is way better than the original.
And no, I didn't see any Bf 3 references, which is kind of embarssing since I just played the campaign like a week ago.![]()
Yes, well written and I'll say its better than your original version. You've completely changed the pace from the original, a slow starting one. This one, action scene and good description for present and past. I'm very suprised that Derpy, Spike (now Icepick?
Now more grown? I can't wait to read why) and Twilight Sparkle, I hope the Jaguars don't trust her at first because was a Celestia's student.
Awesome reboot
but sadly your dislike bar isnt gonna change ![]()
And I couldn't see a BF3 reference because I didn't like the campaign
and I can't stop thinking about Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Its a great game ![]()
>>1185239 The song, "God's Gonna Cut You Down" by Jonny Cash was in BF3 for like fifteen seconds. Rember that part where they were riding in the Bradley?
>>1185969 Glad you like it.
and it's okay, BF3's campaign was horribly written anyway.
But if you want to find the reference, simply click on the title right above the closing monologue. And I agree, Fall of Cybertron was EPIC! ![]()
Me fuckin' gusta. You sure do know how to lay down a combat scene. I will sit and wait for more.
Love the reboot! Still a few spelling errors but nothing too major.
Slower paced but still plenty of heart pounding action.
And I hope Twilight and Spike are allied to the Jaguars.
Interesting.
Nice incorporation of "Solid Snake Twilight" from the episode "It's About Time".
Interesting story. It's written well enough, and I'm not sure why it has that many dislikes.
I'm going to favourite for now, and see where it goes.
