Trixie, stranded from Equestria and in a mysterious land named Azeroth, tries her best to get by day by day...though it'd be easier if there weren't so many Crack Elves, zombies, and pesky gnomes getting in her way! Perhaps now though, with the aid of a few party members, she can get the glory and renown she has long sought out?

Comedy/satire crossover with World of Warcraft.

Alright, I'll bite. This is going on my Read Later list.

A few minutes in and it gets a star in my book. :pinkiehappy:

Soooo....what does the guy look like that he repulsed the hunter away?

Trixie with the warglaives, liked for the cover art alone! :coolphoto:

Don't know much about WOW but i'm intrigued.

Oh my god, THAT TITLE! Now for...

The moon was merely a setback!

The Canterlot Gardens were merely a setback!

The Wedding was merely a setback!

The glacier was merely a setback!

The Tree of Harmony's magic was merely a setback!

Tartarus was merely a setback!

This is good. Continue it please.

EDIT AFTER READING AGAIN:

This is good. The writing is repetitively structured mechanics-wise but it isn't structured like a lot of others, and was quite enjoyable. Very clear-cut and precise imagery. You don't fuck around and thats a really good trait

(Let me know if you need an editor)

Trixie wielding the war-glaives of azzinoth.... have my upvote, no, I demand you take it.

After reading: you teamed her up with Kael’Thas? oh, god. This will be interesting. I can only imagine what it will do to the timeline, as well. I await moar, with bated breath.

Booo She's not a pony? What an awful premise. Who would send a pony to another world then turn them unpony. Lame!

Yes, I'm joking.

before an arrow crashed through it's upper body

1. Its.

I have zero knowledge on WoW lore but have at least Warcraft III levels of understanding.

At first I was also confused at the Huntards spelling until later on. They really earned that title. Now I just want to see if Trixie could become a beast master at this rate. She'll probably start to Wyrm her way under that Huntard's skin at least. And we have a major player already introduced. Holy crap. Now all we need are the Naga and Illidan to complete the Three Musketeers.

*ponders*

Trixie would be one hell of an annoying raid boss.

Ohhh, just something like... say, this.

But hey! Comment tiiiime~!

Yeah, I know this isn't the best comment out there, but shush, you. I tried to make it nice and long to commemorate this story's beginning since I know you love these to death :rainbowlaugh:

I read it again, just to make sure I would comment well enough and maybe pick out a few things that deserved mention, or just, stood out. [Or as I seem to have done, pick things out and make references or jokes out of them.]

I've gotta say, Trixie inspecting herself after waking up in a field of grass seems a bit Doctor-like after he regenerates :rainbowlaugh: Just checking to make sure everything's in place, arms, legs, teeth... Liver. Maybe criticize some part of his body as being off compared to what he's used to. I didn't realize it before, that's why, re-read ftw.

Also,

Yellow glowing eyes stared intently at her

The woman had a soft face with green, literally glowing eyes

Inside of it were two glowing shapes

They too had glowing eyes

its glowing blue eyes

a glowing orb

Here's a fun challenge! Spot the theme of the story. :rainbowlaugh:
Here's a hint: It's positively glowing with clues!

"Good kitty...soft kitty...little ball of fur..." Trixie weakly sang as she slowly approached it.

Ignoring the fact that the words are wrong [Which, by the way, totally doesn't eat at my brain.]
I spot your reference. Again.

she could not even remember how to do magic! What was the world coming to?

Oh, Trixie. The world came to utter terror and back again, this is merely the start of that cycle! Be prepaaaared~!
Being mauled by a cat is one of the more merciful ways you could go, I suppose.

“Hello, my name is…”

What?
My name is..
Who?
My name is..
Chika-chika
Slim Sha Trixie!

I'm sorry but I just had to do that :rainbowlaugh:

She remembered doing magic before, so was it magician?

You remember doing magic so you must be a magician? Pff, of course you're not a magician, clearly, you're a mortician :rainbowlaugh:

“Trixie! Trixie Lulamoon,” she finished awkwardly.

You know, she's really lucky she doesn't have a name like 'Apple Fritter' or 'Fancypants' :rainbowlaugh:
Can you imagine just running into an elf named after one of your favorite foods or drinks? Talk about awkward and about a dozen innuendos :rainbowwild:

“What is this Scourge you speak of?”

Oh, just this torturous fool. No biggie :rainbowkiss:

ball of ice and fire

Hey, Huntard! Know what?

"You're a bastard!"
And hey, it rhymes, too! It's like it was fate!

The man held a smile in his voice as he intervened, “Hold it there, friend. What happens to be the problem here?”

Kael is so nice and charming when he's not a power hungry lunatic bent on destroying the world and anyone who stands in his way in his quest for power :rainbowkiss:

Trixie might be confused, she might be bleeding, and she might be pissed off about how her first ten minutes in this new place had gone...but seeing a friendly smile made her feel at least a little better about it all.

Hey, Trixie! no pain, no gain, right? :rainbowlaugh: You had pain then you gained a boyfriend! Now that's a nice little trade-off, wouldn't you agree? I certainly do! So buck up, 'cause you're gonna have a blast!

5507022 Oh, hi Invoker! Yeah, I'll be honest, I don't do Warcraft, so this story is going to have to impress me on its own merits. However I do know DotA, and that is one of the most powerful heroes.

Invoker! Master of magics, he is the only hero you can spend all your levels on abilities and have none left over for stat points. He is pure unrelenting magic, having many more abilities than any other hero. He technically has ten ultimates he can cycle through. He is an incredibly versatile character, able to run carry, mid, or even support. He is also able to run the rather difficult mid carry build with ease. In the worlds lore, he is the first to ever harness the power of magic, a being of the ancient world, rendered imortal just by his sheer understanding of the magical nature of all reality! His name is Carl.

5507047

You... You lost me. That entire paragraph, I'm more clueless than I've been in a very long while but I can say that this shall certainlyimpress you, for it'll be fun.

5507709 And now you know how I feel about WoW lore and slang (still don't really get how you calculate DPS and why it's more important for some classes than others). Just answer me this, is Kael a Super Mega Hyper Ultra Multi Galactic Alpha Supreme Future Galaxy Big Bang Little Bang Shinning Prefix Power mage? ...yes I watch Gravity Falls, that's not the point. The question is if Kael is, lore wise, one of the most powerful spellcasters in WoW.

5507724

Oh we're on the same boat when it comes to WoW lore and slang, I just go off the mandatory bits I need to make the story more enjoyable :rainbowlaugh: And as for Kael being one of the most powerful? Yes. Yes he is. In terms of this story though, he isn't even close. Think of it in a game-sense, both Trixie and he are currently Level 1 and we'll follow them as they gain their power 'n' shizz.

5507757 Hmm. *looks at Lvl 1 Invoker*
"I am one of the weakest heroes in the game, flat out."
*looks at Max Level fully equipped Invoker*
"I am taking on the entire enemy team by myself! Successfully, muahahaha!

Yeah I can see that.

5507769

Every. RPG. Ever.
Everything worth it needs you to invest some time in it! Where's the fun in starting out as a Level 100?

Trixie tilted her head at the odd word she heard, “Huntards?”

YOU CRACK ME UP!!!

5507783 Well DotA is a MOBA not an RPG, but yeah each match you start back off with a level 1 character with starting gold. The challenge is to gain power as fast as you can, work as a team, and destroy the enemy base. Anyone capable of taking on multiple heroes at once by themselves is very powerful. Max power Invoker can take on whole teams...assuming they don't have anyone that's anti-magic like Huskar, Rubik, or Anti-Mage. Ancients preserve the poor Invoker that has to go up against a Rubik/Anti-Mage combo.

That's what I like about DotA. If you know what you're doing, you can counter anything.

I will inflict insomnia and coffee upon you if you fail to update this.

Not bad, has a good beginning. Definitely has the comedy feel to it with how things are going. So is does the world actually work on some kind of leveling system? Because they kind of acknowledged that there were beginners to quests. The amnesia part was anise twist, makes it interesting to see how she would react when it all comes back to her. Hope to see more soon.

Well...after Reading first chapter I wasn't so sure this story is really a spin off of "We Remember Everything", because there were certain "inconsistencies"(I guess). But this chapter cleared some of them. Although part of me is still wondering if this Trixie is still a transformed alicorn superpowered with infinity stone and nightmarish parasitic entity. And where exactly is this in We Remember Everything timeline (probably after end I guess), but I suppose that flair of mystery gives this story certain appeal.

Trixie's reaction when she wake up had reminded me of "Trixie Vs. Berry Punch" by Evil-DeC0Y for some reason. Or of fallout of "Watch as Great and Powerful Trixie summons herself Great and Powerful Hangover" trick.

Also guessing game "Why Trixie and Kael'Thas suffer from amnesia" for those who read "We Remember Everything":
1. Sunwell exploded and suck them in.
2. Bifrost and Sunwell are not as compatible as hoped.
3. The amnesia was intentionally inducted by Trixie in her overcomplicated master plan to...do something(rebuild Kael'Thas' reputation).

I am really starting to enjoy this story, though I haven't played WoW in FOREVER I still remember the basic shit... Still, very good so far.:trixieshiftright:

WHY YOU TAKE FIRST COMMENT!?

Anyways, I loved that comeback.

"That wasn't a no..."

I can tell their relationship is going swimmingly for now, especially with the puns.

Liking the story very much.:pinkiehappy:
But since I am alliance, I would've liked it more had Trixie been a night elf, then again if she had to quest with an amnesiac Illidan... well for that I'm not... prepared. :raritywink:
Looking forward to the next chapter. Also looking forward to her having a confrontation with Millhouse Manastorm. so... much... ego...

5505478 I hope you'll enjoy it when you get around to it!

5505497 Glad you think so  It's fun poking fun at one of my favorite games and all of the oddities that make it what it is :rainbowlaugh:

5505518 You can get more of a look at him in chapter 2, but here's his actual image:

static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/2/21380/424806-Kael__thas_Sunstrider_by_azazel1944.jpg

It's not his looks that are repulsive, per say...but more on that in chapter 2

5505573 It'll be awhile before Trixie can get 'em, but the moment Trixie sets her eyes on those warglaives it'll be her priority to get them :rainbowlaugh:

It is a nice image though. So happy they let me use it!

5505878 I'm glad you're intrigued, and I hope you manage to enjoy despite not knowing much about WoW! I understand not everyone knows a lot about Azeroth, but I do intend to gradually ease everyone who doesn't know into it in these beginning chapters!

Thanks for reading

5505901 I was so happy when I came up with the title :rainbowlaugh: I mean, when I was conceptualizing it I knew I wanted to have Trixie and I wanted to have Kael'Thas...so what title could possibly be better? :rainbowlaugh:

5506057 It has been continued! Chapter 2 is here

I try to keep my writing crisp. I hate blocks of text and cannot stand to read them for fun, so I don't expect others to have to sit through them. That, and I had to teach myself how to write in many ways so I created a style that I myself can enjoy. Not perfect writing by any standards, but a simple and easy way to put words together that made up for my poor English education very early in my life. I am glad you enjoy it too despite the repetition, which is something I have been trying to work on and try to fix every time I pick it up, but that is the true challenge I face now when I start writing.

5509474 Of course, the power of imagination! :yay:

5506084 Hahaha, I can't wait until she can actually get her hands/hooves on them. I mean she's got a ways to go until then, but it'll be awesome when she does! :rainbowlaugh:

And yes, she is teamed up with Kael'Thas  The timeline is already doomed because this Kael is seemingly duplicate, since the Outlands conflict is still going and...he's not there, despite there being an evil Kael'Thas that is being fought there. So identity crisis abound, I cannot wait to continue this more!

Oh, and second chapter's done

5506313 Not human, Blood Elf :rainbowlaugh::trollestia:

At level 20 you can get a horse or similar mount...Trixie's going to get something else instead though :rainbowlaugh: Based on how going through portals and whatnot changes a pony's species (Twilight to a human in EqG for example), Trixie is having an equivalent here

Glad you're just joking though :rainbowlaugh: Bet there are some people who really think like that though, thus this whole response so that they have an explanation for it all.

5509563 Trixie's gonna have some fun with it all too! :rainbowlaugh: And Kael's just glad to be here.

5509590 Indeed, I know I'll be having fun with this story. :rainbowkiss:

5509574 Already read it, =P

It was funny, and I did notice he seems to be an almost doppelganger/clone/what-have-you. The only thing that confused me was whether Trixie was playing dumb, or she actually is having memory issues. I thought I read something in 2 that implied she's not just bluffing... In that case, two amnesiac mages.... shit-storm imminent.
5506313 Unpony... that's a new one for me, I'll have to remember it.

5506733 Warcraft III knowledge is fine, since that's what I know best! Anyways it doesn't matter since I'll be cluing everyone in on everything, since Trixie doesn't have a clue either. Everybody wins

Huntards usually do earn their title. They think that because their class is OP and easy that they can just do whatever they want. Trixie will very much want to be a beast master though, and I can think of one animal that needs an owner  Even Kael has some background as a beast master since he used to have a Phoenix. And since the Huntard will be appearing again, Trixie can butt heads with her again!

The Naga and Illidan are currently fighting players in Outland, so they're kind of busy. Kael's supposedly there as well, but for some reason he's not...raises interesting questions about what's up with Kael, questions to be answered as we keep going! New chapter's up, so I hope to hear what you think about it too!

5507002 Let's hope she doesn't go crazy, or else it'll end up as a three part extremely difficult fight with adds and a bunch of tricky mechanics that make it a difficult encounter :rainbowlaugh:

5509622 Two Kael's will certainly lead to some interesting questions later on :rainbowlaugh:

And yes, Trixie is actually amnesiac and doesn't know how she got there, not that she would have been TOO much better off if she could remember things. So yes, two amnesiac mages, which will lead to all sorts of mischief and fun down the road :rainbowlaugh:

5507909 As you've seen, I have updated  And I intend to keep doing so, even if not at the same rapid pace.

5508049 The game does, but the actual world? No, no leveling system. The game's levels are arbitrary and don't reflect something's actual relative strength half the time. A level 80+ boss says she's not as good at combat as her level 15-20 dad. The ruler of magic is weaker than a simple, unmodified orc chieftain. I'm just having fun chronicling the chapters by levels because that's how the game this comes from works.

Trixie's going to be in for a good time when her memory comes back...or not :rainbowlaugh:

5509574
Of course the timeline is not doomed. You see Kael in Outlands is past Kael and Kael with Trixie is future Kael. Allow me to explain. Kael dies in Outlands and goes to Hel, place of suffering where time has no meaning. Then he "escapes" with Ikol, Trixie and assorted others trough portal, portal that was opened from point of time when he was still alive. It's wibbly-wobbly... timey-wimey..but it make sense. If you think about it from non-linear point of view.

At least that's my theory.

I really would've pegged Trixie as a warlock, myself.

Perhaps we can help eachother
/“And if one starts winning
and placed it in his bad as well
turned to swing it at

1. Forgot your spacing.
2. Extra /. Or should I say random?
3. Bag.
4. Just an extra spacing after Swing.

Ahah, Trixie finds out she is a mammal. A well endowed one as well and in a near form fitting dress complimenting her curves. That she still hasn't really seen yet. Me thinks a mirror or at least a reflection in the pond would be coming up soon. Ish.

Trixie reached her hand inside the robe and ran it over the soft skin located there. Her face went red at the touch, and she quickly realized...

That she just entered the most awkward moment ever.

“I couldn’t tell underneath your dress.”
“It’s not a dress, it’s a robe!”
“You secretly want to be a woman, don’t you?”

I strongly feel like the middle line was one of Kael's lines when you click on him too much. Either that or it was when Garithos was insulting him again. God that guy was an ass.

Poke poke poke, is that all you do? - an Orc grunt.

Ooh, that one felt kinda nice. - an Orc grunt again.

And this one time at bandit camp... - a Bandit.

I said a bow string not a G- ugh, never mind... -a Night Elf Archer

I'm not in season! - a Night Elf Dryad

Yeah, I'm done with some of the more silly quotes.

Ok, this gets fav and you get a follower now!
