5565392 Thanks. I ain't merging though. The chapters may be short, but I like them separate. In particular, I like the bookending in the first chapter (its last two paragraphs are the same as the first two) which would be less effective if the other chapters were tacked on at the end,
5760278 Thanks. In all honesty this is probably the worst story I've published on the site. It's not bad, but there's not much to make it especially good either. It was only the second story I published though, so I think I was still learning my style.
I do love the Flitter/Fritter ship though, so I'll probably revisit the topic by writing a sequel which will deal with the love triangle between Apple Fritter, Flitter, and Flitter's original fillyfriend. (Did I drop enough hints as to who that might be?) In the process I might tidy this one up a little, but don't expect many big changes.

But yes, their names go beautifully together, which is my main reason for shipping them. I always wanted to do a Fritter/Flitter/Flutter sequel to this with Fluttershy.

Yeah, this "clop" fic feels more like a forced romance scene from a B-movie. I had to push myself through reading it to finish it instead of just giving up on it.
It could be a lot better if you go back and rewrite the whole thing, add in more emotion, less telling and more showing, and since this is a one-night-stand kind of fic you might consider not getting them all mushy over a possible relationship; keep the hope and all that, but love doesn't just happen that way. Any relationship based on sex fails.
