It's Hearth's Warming Eve and the Apple Family is all together. The time is joyous and they enjoy one another's company.
It is after opening up their presents that Granny Smith announces a surprise gift for the siblings - letters from their father. He had written one for each of them on the day they were born to be given to them when they had grown up.
I really like the premise of this story, and the letters were sweet and touching. I do have a small problem with it though. The pacing felt a bit off. Granny Smith just gave them letters from their dead father and they all immediately read them. Eh, it's only a minor issue, and I enjoyed this story anyways. Here, have a Rarity.
I hope you have a good rest of the year too.
DA FEELZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THAT WAS AN AWESOME FEELZ!!!
Thank you sooooooooo much!
I'm really tempted in every story that Applejack cries in now to say "Jossed: Applejack cries on the inside." Anyhow..good feels.
This is definately a good story though I do wonder if their father wrote letter. What about the Mother?
Anyways I enjoyed reading this story and personally I don't find this story that sad but more of a feel-good story where love can last through time.
This was beautiful.
Have a like.
