Name's Ulysses. Courier. I've done much as I've walked my road, seen many lands, crossed roads with many people, traded both bullet and philosophy alike with many more. I have followed many symbols. I've carried messages, I have learned the meaning of many more. All of this, this road I've walked, to find a nation, a history and a symbol, I could believe in. Roads have taken me far, but I always thought that you could walk no further than the end of your road. History taught me otherwise. Message in that; never underestimate the Old World, and the gifts -and curses- the land can hide. Found a new road now...not quite as lonely as the last...

Other than a few typos (concurrer instead of conqueror) this is quite well written. Some very overused tropes, of course.

Oh I like this story so far. However one suggestion; Ulysses in the story speaks in broken phrases, he doesn't speak like that exclusively you know. Just thought I'd put that out there

Honestly, this is the biggest cliche In crossover fanfics that I see. One of the Mane 6 walks out of the Everfree with a strange creature with no signs of hostility, other five pick up the idiot ball and assume said creature is hostile.
Oddly enough, I never see it happen when pinkie is first contact.

You've got Ulysses' speech patterns amazingly correct. I find him to be like Zecora and a massive b!tch to get correct.
Aside from the few mistakes, It's a great story
This is pretty good. I've yet to find a decent story with Ulysses as a protagonist. The writing is good, for the most part, except some grammatical errors.
