Scootaloo looks up at her calendar hung up on her wall by a single yellow tack. Today is November 15, and exactly a year ago her mother passed. She remembers what mother-daughter love felt like, and it almost seems real.
I enjoy ponies. I enjoy coffee. I enjoy writing. So therefore, this pegasister enjoys FimFiction.

Delete the marked word.
"remember's" is a contraction. I believe the word you're looking for is "remembers".
Thank you for my improper grammar; I'll be sure to delete it.

A few grammar mistakes:
"She is at the hospital. She has stage four lung cancer, Scootaloo. We didn't know until now, and she only has about six months left," her father says, his eyes closed.
"Death," he replies.
"You don't catch cancer, Scoot. You just have it. If it grows, it's a problem. Now please, I don't want to talk about it. I have to call the insurance company. Go play or something. Mom'll be alright, I'm sure," her dad said, sounding scared, too.
"I lo...ove you...b...bo...oth. N...ever...f...f...forget...th...that," she said.
"You had better go out into the waiting room," the nurse said.
"No! My mom - she needs me," Scootaloo said, unwilling to budge.
"G...good...ni...night...my...dau...daugh...t...er," she said.
She buried her head into Rainbow Dash's shoulder. "Was I a good kid? I know I was bad, but not like some pink ponies I know. But why her? Couldn't somepony else die?" she asked her friend.
"Don't think that, Scootaloo," Rainbow Dash comforted.
"Here's the nurse," her father said, holding back his tears.
"She's gone," they said.
Oh you'd think I'd be able to handle this. But now ya got me all mushy gushy.
7302641 Heh, I'll take that as a compliment.
Ya should.
