Well, this could've been better.
Look, I'm not a huge fan of Twilight and Sunset being a couple, but this fic needed work.
I felt that the scenes where Pinkie was calling Twilight, and Sunset with her rock band (Speaking of which, since when did she have a Rock band?) were kind of pointless. It could've been better if it started when they were already studying. There, you could've built up the romance as they studied. Also, that sex scene (?) came out of nowhere. She just admits why she was who she was in such an expositional manner, Twilight says that it's all right, and then she say's that she can come to her if she needed comfort, so let's do it?
Seriously, that came out of nowhere.
On the plus side, the pacing in those pointless scenes weren't that bad. It was actually good. Also, I like the concept of Sunset having abusive parents. The fact that there's another Twilight in the EQG universe can create great mystery as to how Sunset Shimmer was able to survive after fleeing Equestria and entering into that world. So, kudos to you for that idea.
So, overall it wasn't terrible. It was actually decent. Just learn to develop characters in a less rushed manner.
