there are only two conceivable to me based on what i have seen written of this and the other two stories.

ending #1: Twilight finds out whose responsible, torturously kills them, and goes on being insane and killing everyone everywhere.

ending #2: Twilight finds whose responsible, torturously kills them, and later dies from something. Death may include but are not limited to death by drowning, death by robots, death by justice, death by bad publicity, or death by penguins.

No hope of a satisfying ending where twilight is cured. Though if she dies somebody else may become insane such as celestia, or derpy, or the orphan formerly known as applebloom.

by the way just a personnel preference but some people prefer smaller chapters like these just to be combined and the second one be a sub chapter or just completely merged with the first (i personally prefer 1000 words+ chapters)

My ending: Twilight finds the killer. She brings her to justice. And then the story can be 2 different ending deaths:

1: Twilight kills herself, seeing that there is no reason to live anymore.

2: Twilight  resurrects Rainbow Dash in exchange for her life.

Also. CELESTIA MUST DIE! No fanfiction has ever drived me into killing such a character. I know Rainbow just commited genocide; but come ON! If there was anything in the world of fiction that needed the biggest death possible. It was Celestia. Rainbow was innocent. And by killing Rainbow, Celestia claims responsibility for killing Fluttershy and Rarity. Because the only reason they went to the forest was to save Rainbow Dash. And by killing her, she put the efforts of Twilight to waste. I want an anti brony right now to draw one of their Celestia hate pics ( I also want Spike dead.) This series is just TOO GOOD. Its emotionally gripping! And for it to be put on cliffhanger, puts a large dent in my heart.

wow, an update I'm not sure how I feel about this though. I don't really think that twilight should go udderly insane yet. Have it more like a zombie virus, slowly but certainly coming. It could be there in the back of her mind but the reader doesn't know exactly when she will snap. Keep the suspense going and don't do to much bodily defacement or it will feel like a repeat of dawn of a dying pegasus.

I also found that using Trixe was kind of a clutch. If you have an original bad guy you can grow them more, have better reasons to spread insanity, and you make them much more evil.  

As for Spike, I like his role in this. I am eager to see him play a bigger role in this one.

  yeah ever since I've seen the new epsode "magic dual" I just don't see Trixie doing somthing like that to a pony. She may be a boasting fraud but she is not the kind of unicorn who would use dark magic. It's just not her style.
