Ever since Megan enrolled in Canterlot High, she's seen a lot of weird things that doesn't explain things. Like why a famous Chaos Theorist is teaching math. Or why the principal seems to be letting Sunset Shimmer rule the school for the last three years. Or just plain Pinkie Pie.
This doesn't bother Megan, not at all. She's comfortable being in her little bubble. A bubble soon to be popped by the upcoming Fall Formal.

Me and spelling are pretty good, though I am grammar and punctuation's natural enemy. This is why I have a editor who usually gets the chapter back to me within a day if not two. I was just in a rush this time to get the thing approved heh.

I'm working on alt uni fic myself. Major differences in it include :
1. They don't find an 11 or 12 year old Megan at the end of the Rainbow. She's 19. And has a shotgun.
2. This Megan has to fight off bandit gangs who try to raid her land. (Yes, in this alt uni such things do happen in the modern world.) So she's no stranger to killing.
3. She's gay. Expect human/pony "relations". Though such things will not be described... more like (Megan and "pony" head to the room. *** A few hours later then...).
4. Danny is 17. Straight. Expect Danny/mare "relations".
5. Molly is 15. Undecided, though leaning toward gay. Expect Molly/mare "relations".
6. Tirec and his forces are better prepared, and far more ruthless. Expect death and killing. On both the sides.
7. Tirec is a true Abomination in that he is half demon.
8. Molly attends CHS back on Earth.
9. G1, G2, G3, and G4 each take place in their own universes/worlds.
10. This Tirec does not seek to bring about the "Night that Never Ends". He seeks to merge the G1 world with Hell, and rule over it as a Demon Prince. He will also seek to do this with any other worlds he discovers as well.
11. Tirec feeds on the life energy of others, leaving them withered, dry, dead husks.
I'm still working on the prologue, but I have got most of a story outline done.

Have fun with that. I did my own Tirek story a while ago actually, though it's set in a crossover Equestria where the events of Transformers Prime happened behind the scenes. I'll read that when it comes out mind you.
I'm enjoying this one so far, and I do like the idea that both Celestia's know about each other and have some level of connection. (And a small part of me wonders if River is going to show up for the Doctor's Birthday...). Looking forward to more parts!

I'm glad you're enjoying it (Although I really hope my Editor is feeling up to snuff soon so she can do the edits for Ch2). As for River, I'll see about adding in a EQG version of her later on just for a cameo. It's not REALLY the Doctor as in Whooves but sort of a mix of Time Turner, Doctor Whooves and the actual Whoverse. I feel that adding an overtly Who tie-in would derail from this and kept the Doctor as a teacher.

If it helps, I run on PG13 violence, in the way that it's more implied and bloodless than anything else. It's something my co-author is impressed I've kept up in all of my fics for MLP thus far. I let MLP itself set the standard for violent actions, like season 4's knock down drag out Sparkle-through-mountains smashfest.
