“They know only lies! I shall see you quartered for these statements. Do you hear me? Quartered!” Luna echoed her voice through the vast emptiness before ducking out into the darkness.

Oh yeah. Tis' be awesome sir.
It's based off a sketch on the All That reboot on Nickelodeon, called "Know Your Stars". It's basically about a disembodied voice telling the viewers trivia about the cast members on said show, except he makes it all up and the cast members get angry at him.
Also, I have to say, Overlord-Flinx, you really did a good job capturing the essence of that disembodied voice's personality and what he'd have to say about the MLP: FiM cast 
. Only thing I have to say is that he usually starts off with relatively innocuous lies and graduates to the absurd/scandalous stuff as the sketch progresses. Also, some of what he said about Luna in this chapter was true 1000 years ago 
!
