Truth is that there are no complaints to her leadership because she is known to BANISH those that speak out against her. Case to that point: Her own SISTER. But more so, why does Celestia want to be president? She's already ruler of Canterlot. Does she just want more titles? What's next? Overlord? Commandant? Führer? Will she not stop until she controls every body of office? THAT'S DICTATORSHIP!

1. She sends a young adult mare to do tasks that would be trivial for herself but are potentially fatal for the mare. Ex: almost every non-Slice of Life episode of MLP. Exceptions: The Return of Harmony, A Canterlot Wedding
2. She almost never explains her future plans, or anything that might cause a problem until it actually causes a problem. Ex: Friendship is Magic, A Bird in the Hoof, The Return of Harmony, The Crystal Empire, Magical Mystery Cure, Equestria Girls (EQG only half counts, since she really had no reason to tell Twilight about Sunset until then)
3. She does things that just have little to no real reason sometimes. Ex: Keep Calm and Flutter On, Dragonshy, Swarm of the Century (where she arrived outside of Ponyville to tell Twilight she couldn't go to Ponyville because of a recent infestation. Either she can see everything everywhere, or... reasons), Sonic Rainboom (sitting and watching as Rarity plummeted), Luna Eclipsed (why not explain to Luna the new ways of pony society?),
