I like this. Your protagonist has a good back story & motivation. Love her low self-esteem angle, "I'm worth 120,000 caps!"
Only thing I'll criticize is that you need to establish your setting a bit more. While most anyone reading this will know about Fallout:Equestrian, you'll always have a few who don't.
Doesn't have to be much! I'd have one paragraph for the wastelands in general, and probably two for your setting. That would help round it out.
Now that I think about it, Your main character's outfit reminds me a bit of Thor. So bonus points for design!
