When Trixe and Blueblood end up in the same room, it's up to, of all people, Discord, to fix thing so everypony came enjoy there hearts and hooves day. The question is, since it's not him, why is he doing it?

And that, fillies and gentlecolts is what a perfectly executed One-Shot is.
Part 1: Setup! (Scene, Problem, etc.)
Part 2: Action! (Love Potions. Chaos ensues!)
Part 3: Turn of Events! (Discord acting for Fluttershy's sake)
Part 4: Punchline! (Celly joins in)

Additionally it had just the right pacing and every emphasised point was spot on.

Fav'd, Like'd, put into 'FlutterCord' and 'All things Discord'

EDIT: Don't take this the wrong way. This was well written and technically flawless. But nothing extraordinary. Just a nice little 'Slice of Live' piece.

Almost think this deserves a sad tag. It is kinda heartbreaking.

Could use some polish, there are quite a few odd little mistakes and wordings that could have been smoother. Still, good effort and you have some subtlety too, what with setting up Fluttershy's date with the mention of what she thought of the love poison incident.

All in all, well done.
