An Applejack/Mayor ship... I hope that doesn't develop much...

This is great! We get show quotes, background pony commentary, and Dinky! I shall watch this, posthaste!

Pretty much any ship can be made to work, but a Mayor/AJ seems too much of a stretch.

  Especially after "A Friend in Deed" where we see the Mayor with her husband and daughter during the "Smile" song.

So far this is good.

If you'll allow me to nitpick a little, "varietly" should be "variety", and "Redeo" should be "Rodeo".

That said, overall I quite like it. A cute little story about background ponies, (I love the background ponies, I feel such kinship with them) specifically my favorite Earth pony and favorite filly! Thumbs up, favorited, and looking forward to more!

As for the ship, it's a crackship if I ever saw one on first look but it sounds like it actually make sense.  I'm not against any kind of ship, by the way and I REALLY love this idea you're going with.

Glad you're enjoying it!  That ship between C-Top and Script was a little something that I thought worked well - Good to see I was right.

I'm not sure how clear this was, but I LOVE that you're doing a story from the show from the background ponies' view.  I LOVE those kind.
