Occasionally, I write things. I have to admit I'm pretty bad at it. Occasionally, I edit things. Same story there really.

Screw Loose has lived in a isolated room in Celestia’s Hospital for the Psychiatrically Unsound for nearly two years, her special condition keeping her there for what essentially seems to be life. She's usually a normal mare just like any other, but soon the isolation starts to get to her, and she becomes restless, her only contact with the outside being Nurse Redheart.

Soon enough her condition seems to get better, and after years of isolation, she finally might be able to leave...

Special thanks to Auramane for editing help and to Skeeter the Lurker for his pre-reading services.

Also thanks to Bakmah Genesis for helping come up with the original idea.

Seems promising.

I liked the hint at the end that the crazy wasn't necessarily related to her personality, which was fine, but thinking you have a kid... not fine.

Nice.

I'm going to go cry in the shower now, well done Author.

I need an internet hug.

I really love Screwy. I was wondering why nobody had written fuck all for her.

5039343 Once Bak gave me the Idea, I realized how little she had been written about, and that IS quite a shame.

She's been spotted intimately sharing a drink with Berry Punch in the beginning of Magical Mystery Cure. They're at one of the front tables when Twilight first visits the cafe.
I also thought it was cute that she's seen talking to a doctorpony.

Was it screw lows or blosom who was nuts and why is ther no screw lows tag

5040775 We do have one. Youll find it conveniently between Angel Bunny and Opalescence.

5040775 Neither. My story only had two main characters in it, and neither screw lows nor blosom were a character, much less a main character. If you're asking about Screw Loose and Blossom, then you really should read the story again. They're both quite sane and quite insane at the same time. :unsuresweetie:

I don't quite understand what happened here, but I guess it is a good story.

Wow, you got my hopes up for her and dashed them all away. Good show sir. But yeah, that ending hurt me a little, but I'm an optimist so that's not your fault. I thought it was well done and you should be proud.

5047618 Heh. I don't take the Tragedy tag lightly. If it says tragedy, then I'd like to think people should be crying by the end of it. :trollestia:

It's a nice story up until the very ending, which doesn't make any sense. From what I understand, doctors aren't allowed to do that.

I'll admit, the ending was a little confusing, as well as just plain depressing, but it's a pretty good read all throughout.

The first part was sad but happy, it brightn joy to my face when Screw was going to be released... But that end... :pinkiesad2: Well, let's say I still have tears streaming down my cheeks. And it didn't help that I was listening to Lullaby For a Princess while reading this... The ending is so sad... This is one of those times when I need a hug... :pinkiesad2:

Well done, but.. my feels are bruised ;.;

i know ill sound dumb, but the end is confusing to me

In my opinion, the aftermath would have made for a much more interesting story
