Twilight and Applejack have been married for two years now, so it's not surprising when Applejack gets the motherly bug to have a foal. To please her wife, and to have a foal that belongs to both of them, despite mares not being able to get pregnant the normal way (obviously), Twilight creates a spell to do the job, and it works perfectly. However, there are unexpected consequences when each one of the mane six wake up the next morning and find that they are all expecting their own little bundles of joy.

Your pseudo-science-magic thing about how Twilight's magic can force impregnation has a good premise. It's just a little confusing in some of Twi's explanation, and sometimes it seems a little vague, but I get the theory of it, all the same. Most F/F pregnancy fictions use impregnation through unicorn horn sex or gender alteration spells - futa and such forth.
One thing I'd like to see; how Twi and Applejack's wedding went. Maybe in a future chapter, do you think you could have a flashback to the proposal and the wedding day? Maybe Twilight starts having fears and doubts about the pregnancy, but something Applejack says brings back those memories for her that help her get over those insecurities. The way you've written these two together is so adorable
