436697 There really isn't a reason. Officially you could say that they technically have them, but are not strong enough to use them. Its why Pandemonium is the emperor. Discord would be able to (he kinda does) and so would Entropy, but again, not strong enough (yet). I just didn't feel like it when I wrote it.
Understandable, besides it would be kind of a short battle if they could all use their powers.
And by short, I mean instant victory.
Which leaving only the good Doctor left to think of a plan that will be a billion times crueler to the lot than ordinary defeat.
