Very interesting. An entire story dedicated to Equestrian history? I sense a lot of potential here, and I have little doubt some data will be incorporated into my own head-canon. Take a favourite; I'll be eagerly awaiting for more.
i am liking the way that this story is shaping up; it needs a bit of grammer correction. but it is a good take and retelling of a story that the fandom has basically had to create. and just as history is in the real world, it is bassed on the winners view. "history, based on a true story" the motto of all history.

5268460 Nah, life happened, and I've been working on other fics and projects. It's been addressed now, so I shall return to this fiction on a more regular basis! Looking at one or two weeks for the next installment.
Impressive detail regarding military maneuvers... and pretty much everything else, too.
It's also interesting how critical the text is of the Princesses at points, considering this is Twilight writing. They're all valid points, and Twilight's first priority is certainly going to be clarity/accuracy, but I still can't help but get the impression that, at the indeterminate post-S4 point from which this is written, she is no longer so enamored of her former mentor....

I am surprise that Twilight didn't suggest the possibility of not only Changelings but also another nation of ponies as it could be indicated that not every pony left the lands beyond towards Equestria. Just a thought I thought you should explore.
Um... Sadia Arabia were horses, not ponies. Though there was a nation of ponies called: Maretonia though it is rulled by duke and duchess though it could be like Star Wars where a queen is a elected offical.
I absolutely love equestrian history and history in general I actually really enjoy, I live in Germany so I don’t really good to learn about it a lot but I have but I had one year in America in high school and they taught us American history there but why did not they teach us German history?
