Exept for the "far too physically weak to combat any pony",It just makes you woner why does he actually work for NM at all; tv show's knowledge is almost useless in an AU, research and development would not have him traveling like that, and the whole "he is anti-magic so is better to be on my side" does not work if he cannot cause actual harm, unless the plan is to use him as a meatshield. If he is big enogh to look imposing to ponies, say about twice their height, the proportions would be more than enough advantage.

Character progression is good, the human is rightfully Genra Savvy,has the perfect dark atmosphere, and those gloves man, I can just imagine the guy thinking to himself how sinister he feels when he snaps them on.
