Seems rather suspenseful and well written, looking like it could easily rise into a horrifying tale.
However, just so you know, Scootaloo isn't Rainbow Dash's biological sister, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't sleep in Rainbow Dash's house (namely because she can't fly).
Regardless, you seemed to accurately execute Rainbow's personality rather well and had a thorough build-up for, what I can only assume, the SlenderPony.
