What he should do is wait behind her throne, and when she is in the middle of a meeting or a random lull, he flips or back flips over the throne(don't ask how) and boops her while he's upside down in mid-free-fall, then runs like absolute hell, giggling like a mad man the whole way. She and the guards would be too confused to do anything.
