Well, now I know robots is definitely not part of my growing fetish list.
Just clicked on this cause it's 0200 and I'm super bored, but The first three quarters are standard well-written clop, but the last bit was really sweet.
And.... kinda sad.
There is something about organic and inorganic romances that always get to me... Maybe it's the illusion of choice, the possibility of love, or the care that is shown. Heck, maybe I'm reading too far into it. It just always intrigues me.
Is the robot Bender? He'll enjoy the sex, but not helping you out.

I like sweet stories. Even when I don't start out trying to write one, a little emotion always sneaks its way in there. And I didn't even mean to make it sound sad, but I'm kinda happy that it turned out like that; it's kind of an unexpected ending for a clopfic that I intended to be a comedy.

See if I were to write a sequel, that's totally where I would take it. Like, Twilight has to learn to cope with the fact that, even though he may seem real, Valiant is just a robot, and will never feel the same way that she does about him.

This was a very nice story. If you're up to it, I think it might make an interesting story if Twilight fell in love with Valiant.
Very nice story. An amusing tale to begin with, some nice oblivious Twilight, and some great double meanings.
If the other 5 all saw it in Playfilly, where did Twilight find the advert? I doubt she'd have been quite that oblivious to it's actual intent if she'd found it in there as well.
The clop was well written and paced, however it could have benefitted from a bit more tactile description. The acts were well varied and original and I really enjoyed the details with Valiant's voice, they added a note of sweetness to the scene that was perfectly wrapped up with that great bittersweet ending.
I do hope that you end up working out the issues with the epilogue and post it up. I'd look forward to seeing how the next morning would go. Beyond that, 4237286 this idea actually sounds very interesting, and it's something I haven't seen done on fimfiction.
