He seems a little too righteous and emotionally attached in the ponies he hasn't thought of or dwelled upon over the years to be like that instantly upon freedom. Im saying this because you make it sound like he is physically compelled to perform the duty of the ghostrider so it doesn't sound he should have anything more than a passing interest in the ponies that are free from his wrath..
You might want to do a spelling check on the description so viewers can have a more positive... arrival... towards your story. It's a good read, and it definitely has my attention.

You may want to make some corrections in the summary, it is the first thing that people see of your story and thus plays a major role in whether people choose to read it or not.
In the second sentence, put a comma between the the first and second 'is'. In the third sentence, you left the 'n' out of princess. And in the forth, you probably meant to write, "Things could not get any worse."

You know they never make a story where a human dresses as a villain, gains there power/skill/abilities, and becomes the good guy. Just saying. Still will like to see where you take this.

@QualityCheeks I may have worded that a little harshly, this isn't the first story I've ever written, I used to write all the time as a hobby years ago before life got busy. This is, however, the first story I've written that's pony related/available to the public. Also, don't worry, I don't like leaving anything unfinished, it may just take a while to finish.
@iampieman I know they don't, this is more of a hero that might be a villain style of story. I'm not saying somepony may or may not be eating humble pie later, however.

In the first movie though, the Rider showed interest in the woman that the man loved. Johnnie loved her and it showed though the Rider.

The 'Flame' should be blue to show when he's in control and have the red 'flame' when he enters destroy-all-major-evil mode. In the second movie, it showed the Rider as a rage beast that Johnnie can't control any more(red flame), but gave him full control once the spirit was purified(blue flame) from hells corruption.

Y'know what'd be neat? (Neat? When do I ever say "neat?") In the movie there was that old cowboy Rider, and I always thought that a burning skeleton in a stetson and duster was way cooler than a biker.
Since he was wearing a costume it's fine he looks like the Rider Johnny Blaze, but now that he's free, it'd be awesome if he went and got his own identity and outfit.
Well folks, I got good news and bad news.
The good news: I got chapter 2 done and I'm currently editing it, so it should be up tomorrow.
The bad news: a quick bit of humor before the escape from Canterlot ended up becoming its own chapter, so it's gonna feel alot like filler. At least chapter 3 will have the action you came here for.
On a side note: who ever said this look was permanent.

This is pretty cool. I find it really funny though that he gave the shop clerk a tip to be nice and "balance the scales" and then busted through the front door. Replacing all that glass and metal will be way more expensive than what he gave, though it's something I would expect from a Ghost Rider. Property damage is one crime he doesn't police... though the actual Rider may have been like that due to the universe he lived in. Property damage is a hero's worst inconvenience.
