This fic is pretty interesting to me. It's just extremely down-to-earth, no dire conflicts, no drama, nothing sad or anything. It makes me want to write something similar. Thanks for the inspiration.

The board game thing was a little awkward and didn't pique my interest. Also, the prose was a little weak, but I can't fault you too hard. It's not that bad, but I can see ways you can improve. Just a little helper. I was logged out last night and had to favorite this in my browser just so I could remember to come back.

I totally agree with all your criticism. I wasn't even trying to make this an interesting story when I wrote it. I had absolutely no ideas and I just needed to get to 1000 words to submit it and I think it definitely shows.
