Makes me think of the "Destruction Path" from Armored Core: For Answer, in which the ending is you take down the Cradles and become the biggest monster in history. You kill everyone on the Cradles, and the world was already fucked up due to a previous war, so it resembles this fic's setting very well... Just with some stuff still alive.

I was wondering what happened to Luna if Celestia survived. Though now I need to go take a nice long hot bath and try to get this story off my mind for a little while. Also, with the voice did anyone else have a Pinkie/Pinkamena vibe? Last thing, was Luna's suicide the last straw for Celestia or was she already insane before?

This is a great depressing story. But I have to ask, who was the pony that Celestia 'played tagged with'? was it a random pony or was it one of the mane 6? Either way, this is a nice depressing story

I really liked this, despite all the typos and grammatical errors. I may be bias since I have liked the idea of characters snapping and just going insane, retreating into their delusions to save themselves the horror of actually dealing with life. The revelation that Luna killed herself makes me wonder if she had to deal with an insane Celestia or if her death was what finally pushed Celestia into the abyss. A dead Luna always makes me sad as well. I can deal if she is not there, but having killed herself.
