An all together fun little read. I enjoyed it.
If I were to offer any constructive criticism, and it looks like I'm going to, I would say to be mindful of tense. For the most part you wrote it in present tense, slipping to past a few times here and there. Nothing that harmed the story, but consistency makes for a smoother read.
