First and a very nice story liked the ending

Argh. The ending! I was enjoying the slice-of-lifeness, but the ending was too corny. Pinkie leans on the fourth wall more subtly than that; terms like 'background music' are plenty.
I'm not downvoting, I enjoyed the rest of it. I'm kinda sidevoting and commenting.
The baker's half dozen was hilarious, and the ending was nice and sweet. This was a great little story.
I really needed to read something like this. It has cheered me up.
