Madame Pinkie Pie assisted Twilight (sorta), but she didn't only help her. Pinkie kept a record of everypony that used her services, no matter what the use. Surprisingly, she actually helped quite a few ponies.

Or maybe, the future didn't prepare for Pinkie to interrupt it's flow, and this encounter would make Spike take it easy and fail to get Rarity, so the future forces put up what would happen should Spike take it easy, and now he'll work towards getting Rarity, righting the future!

You might want to consider reading over your work before you publish it. For instance you refer to Spike as Pinkie at one point, and there's little to no description or emotion in here. Also, it's not all that funny.
368517 Actually, that works both ways: Maybe Spike's going to do something REALLY big that Rarity just hates and screws over his chances with her, but the reason he took this chance was because of the fortune, so the fortune telling becomes self-fulfilling (which is really what happens in most media that has time viewing)
