In ancient Equestiran history, there once lived a creature that hasn't been seen for generations. Tales speak of a bi-pedaled, black-cloaked being that has the ability to shape-shift and travel through the darkness. However, because much of the information that had been gathered was highly controversial, historians deemed that creature a myth, a made up creature that haunted the dreams of foals.
And now, after hundreds of years, this creature returns.

3984489 No sorry. The only mention is of the Doctor so far is one chapter. Although I didn't think someone would think that the black cloak was the Doctor. I thought the cloak would make someone think that it wasn't the Doctor.

Eh, this is a bit disappointing. You start with an interesting idea that I want to follow. You have a character who has unknown powers, other than transformation, and that is mysterious with connections to possibly great tragedies. You then show him manipulating events with a grudge against Celestia. After all this, I then get the episodes of the show with such minor differences as to be nearly non-existent to the point of wondering why I'd read this over just watching the show. Are you planning on diverging at some point because after this one, I'm not sure this is the type of story that interests me.
