This is overall a great concept, and I was sort of able to understand it, despite having not played the Splinter Cell games.  However, there are a few glaring errors here, namely the lack of italicized and single quoted thoughts, as well as addressing Dash as a 'he'

As well, it would seem you are trying to tell the story in first person, so shift the view to first person permanently, or re-write it all to be in third person.
