I say it's Discord. Or maybe being extra harmonious gets you extra chaos magic for balance.
Although by that interpretation Discord would secretly have massive OCD (actual OCD, what people normally think of is obsessive compulsive personality disorder, which is different and less severe) to compensate for the chaos magic.

The joke was pretty funny. The first time. But then you did it again. And again. And again. I feel that this fic got tired far before in ended. Your writing's pretty good. A little unpolished here and there, but generally good. What I think is missing here is content. You've got one odd occurence, each of the mane 6 reacting to it in an ordinary, quickly resolved way, and then the same with Princess Celestia. You never even explain what causes it, or explore Pinkie's view of things.
I encourage you to write more fics, but keep in mind that a single joke does not make a comedy fic.
Hrrrm. I think just counting Two and Two would give them the extra limbs. 'cause if they're counting Twos holding their Hooves up, Then what are they standing with? Do they roll on their backs to count? Also, I am remembered of Sleipnir, the 8 legged Horse, Spawn of Loki, The trickster god. I am imagining them all Practising their multi-Limbuing Powers too. Twilight setting up experiments and allthatjazz, Rarity Sewing, AJ Bucking all of Sweet Apple Acres Simultaneously, RD doing an impressive Arial Display wherein she's Fivemiles long with about 8kajillion Legs, Flutsy hiding under a table pretending nothings happened. And when they eventually confront Pinkie Pie, it turns out she was using a pair of fake legs and She had No idea any of that was possible and is upset with all of them for not telling her
Ladies, gentlemen, folks in between, let me ask you something: If you were given a chance to give Derpy her name and voice back, would you take it? For those who said yes, in my blog I have a theory that might prove to be the key to her rescue. With enough attention, we might be able to convince Hasbro to give Derpy her name and voice back. For those of you who don't find the importance in this, remember the Crucible. Why do I insist on saving Derpy? BECAUSE IT IS HER NAME! Because she doesn't have another one like it. You may find her attitude strange, her eyes a bit weird, but for Celestia's sake, let her keep her name. Hasbro removed her name in fear of haters, not offended ones, anti-bronies. Give my theory a chance, should any questions, concerns or doubts plague your mind, seek me out, for I have utmost confidence in this theory. Those who think this whole "save Derpy" thing is done, they only act with the bandwagon, however, if the bandwagon still insists on saving Derpy, well, you do the math. Everyone assumed it ended when Mrs. Rogers made her statement, however, when I presented her my theory, she couldn't dispel it, she didn't want to. Let us lift the sorrow she feels off her shoulders and let us fill this void in everybrony's hearts. Go to my blog and give my theory a read.Together we made Derpy and together we can save Derpy.
At first, I was expecting only Pinkie Pie to be capable of it, since the Element of Laughter seems most likely to provide sight gags. Still, I was not disappointed by the execution. It would've been nice if the girls confronted Pinkie about it, but this was still an enjoyable read.
My comment appears to have disappeared. Anyway, I don't think this has anything to do with the Elements, I think it's just their nature as cartoon characters. The reason Pinkie can do all those things is that she fully realizes what she is and the true nature of her reality. That would tend to make anypony loopy.
I think everypony needs a vacation after reading this Celestia......
