I think it's a good concept, but it's lacking in plot or an interesting element about it that makes people want to keep reading. If you perhaps expanded the idea to introduce things smoothly while making an interesting story, you may have something here.

Seems like a pretty funny fic, but I worry as how will be the author take on the lore of lol, since it pretty inconsistent an changes frequently.

This was pretty good. I really don't mind that the champs don't all seem in character (yet?) because this is done for the sake of comedy, which I can appreciate. It's also written fairly well so that ups its score too.
I'm rather amused by the Champion Spotlight parody that the introductions are taking so far. Celestia and Twilights abilities probably would be a little OP in the game but I like that you did try to give them variances and spells that actually feel like they fit with the ponies. Twilights blink spell as a flat out teleport with a low cooldown and no other buff and advantages works pretty well considering the few other champs with blink abilities that give them buffs or secondary effects with long cooldowns.
Hope to see more from this soon.
Also hoping for an "update" for a fifth equestrian champion to fill out a full five pony(?) team for summoners rift.
