Very good second chapter. A bit fast-paced, if you ask me, but I can read the urgency and uncertainty, so I guess it's an equal trade off. I also think Blitzer might have been a tad too bold, but that kinda ties in with the fast-pacedness. I give this chapter 4.5/5

Like I said, it all fit together. As for being fast-paced, just try to add a bit more interaction or suspense before diving into action. It helps reader make an attachment to the characters/story. It is a difficult thing to do, but it gets easier with practice. Getting a proofreader is a sure-fire solution to pacing issues.
