I'm finding the reaction to this meme highly amusing, I got a dislike without anyone even reading the fic.
That was certainly the most... Random of the current... crop... of peach fics, but funny nontheless.
Bonus points for novelty of Pinkie being the Only Sane Pony for once. That doesn't happen nearly often enough as it should (as it should just to remind us that Pinkie does have more to her than just crazy...)

The ending felt forced and pointless, but I was enjoying myself up to that point.
You have now convinced me to write a story where Pinkie has a hangover, and simply isn't doing crazy today, because hungover and annoyed Pinkie was the best thing in this. I have no idea what the actual plot will be, but I know exactly what the short description will say: "Pinkie Pie has a hangover. Everypony overreacts."

I just did the ending because I basically spent the whole fact satirizing the whole peach thing, while truthfully, I'm a bit of a meme whore myself and basically capitalized on the meme to write a quick fic.
So, sort of a way to acknowledged my own hypocrisy and get out that I'm not too disturbed by this whole thing.
I've written Pinkie once or twice on my main fic where she's simply in no mood to be Pinkie and is irritated by other people's desire to be goofy.
It's surprisingly fun.

But you know what this needed? More Nicolas Cage. I can't even believe I'm saying this, but it was totally a Wickerman scenario and I was waiting for Pinkie to scream "NO NOT THE PEACHES! AHH THEY'RE IN MY EYES! MY EYES!" The one time a story could be improved with more references, I swear...

I certainly could have inserted more references. These peach stories seemed pretty loathed by the time I wrote this and it's intentionally pretty silly, so there's not a lot I could have done to make it worse.
