Ok, honestly this feels a little bit Disjointed. It switches perspectives too much. There is nothing to keep the prologue scenes connected to each other.
If they were short stories that were though separate from each other individually, yet had an overall theme, they'd feel more like a connected prologue.
You've just established that the JLA does exist in this Universe. Does that mean you plan on doing a Crossover in a Crossover? (Sort of like those old JSA/JLA Crossovers DC did before Crisis on Infinite Earths? Only with space travel instead of interdimenional travel? I do wonder how the JL/A would react to having counterparts in the same universe as them.)
