One day the pegasus True Hook was out fishing, then the skies opened over Equestria for the first time in 200 years. The Enclave attacks his home for some unknown reason and kills many of the inhabitants. True Hook wants two things; to know why, and to pay the Enclave back for what they took from him.
(Big thanks to Kkat for the amazing story, to begin with. I try my best to keep canon with it, and i also bring in a few concepts from Project Horizons, thank you Somber for an amazing branch off.)
