Just got through this story today. Let me tell you, I thought this story was great before, and then you posted music links. God damn that was classy. I was all enthusiastically new-tabbing them one by one as I cranked along and it really took this piece to the next level. More people should write like you. Sing, Sing, Sing is still playing and I'm smiling like an idiot.

Just had to rave how awesome this story is, the drastic therapy methods with Rarity's dresses were particularly marking.

Well it's a good thing that none of the characters are from Germany then.

It's a world of talking magical ponies. It is at most inspired by Germany.

Being half-German myself, I am SO many levels of okay with this.

I seriously loved this story, and now I want to commission someone to draw a picture of a dirndl-clad Rarity swing dancing with a somewhat obscured partner.

I hear these kind of complex romance plots appeal to women more than the shorter one shots do.

Had no idea all this stuff was pretty concurrent (I really like knowing the timelines of everything, if I don't I just kinda or something).  Not that I have any mental problems.

Hm... in Candy Sutra, Pinkie mentions that Applejack was going on vacation while the main character and she were still working on the Candy Sutra, yet in this story Applejack gets the idea only after she talks to Dr. Fritz, which is AFTER the Candy Sutra has been completed and published, if the first Couples Councel is anything to go by. A retcon?

Also... Fluttershy with a writer? I don't remember seeing that on your story list. Did I miss something, or have you not written that one yet?

I don't usually enjoy the 2nd person style in stories, but being a psychiatrist/psychologist in training and a bit of a romantic myself I felt I would give this story a shot.  Suffice to say I'm very glad I did!    The main character was believable and really spoke to my own experiences in several places, and I may just have to move Rarity up in my rankings of the mane 6 after this.  Keep up the good work!
