If pinkie had that mane in season 1 and so on, I can totally see more clop fics written about her. Her current hair style is just a little too out there and not very attractive at all. It's actually why Rainbow's number one for clop fics next to...I think either Twilight or Applejcak? Whatever. Anyway guys like girls who take care of themselves, or girls who happen to be pretty active but not hyper. Keeps them interesting, which is why Pinkie Pie is nightmare fuel for a few friends of mine who happen to be cloppers...They think she's ugly, and I agree only with her out of control hair. I mean tell me how many girls with afro's do you have a thing for? I'll guess none. But this brings me to the Title of your story. Does the mane truly make the pony? I would guess yes.
Someone should really get on that too.
