An idea which wouldn't stop bugging me til I wrote it down. After Albert Wesker is defeated,he finds himself in a strange land. A strange land known as Equestria. How will a supposed god deal with the power of friendship and magic? Rated T to be safe.

Been following you since day 1 on FF.net, this just makes it easier.
Once again, an awesome chapter and just like the games, Wesker's dialogue and banter are the highlights of the chapter. You've got his personality dead on. It's also nice to see more conformation that he hasn't been castrated by his short time in Equestria, merely gained the clarity that comes with having experienced death.
Wesker without his ambition is no Wesker at all.

This is entertaining and I shall read on, but Wesker is being a bit too calm in my opinion. He just got denied the chance to be a god and all that he worked to create was stopped. I expected him to be angry and bitter and maybe smash the ground a bit and shout a lot. Anyway, I shall read on.

So I mentioned on March 9th on FanFiction.net that you should upload this here, and suddenly, on March 10th, as I browse FimFiction, I find this.
...Nah, I kid. The fact that you actually did upload this here makes me quite happy, dear author. Keep up the awesome work, danny0, and I'll be looking forward to the next chapter.
I can't help but imagine Wesker's brain making an audible "Click" when he realized what she said.
Well, this can only mean either good news or horrible news for the mane six! Wesker could start being a lot more friendly, or he could start making plans to (ab)use the elements.

Great chapter as always, you do great in characterizing Wesker and getting into his head and thought process, but curse you and your cliffhanger! I want to know if Wesker was being reasonable in his fear of the results or just being paranoid. Hopefully the next update doesn't take as long, eh?
please the advanced technology they got is 50's era vacuum tubes not the transistors needed for the really powerful supercomputers designed and intended for genetic research. i doubt there's a pony out there who special talent is magically working with D.N.A.
lets see: enhanced vision, steadied head, telekinetic manipulation of a object that's like what... 1 nanometer big, where the slightest scare could potentially doom ponykind.
i doubt twilight could focus that much.
it'll be a huge drain on their magic reserves and lets not forget it took tons of supercomputer to even develop the 't', 'g', 't-Veronica' and uroboros. and a grand total of 20 to 30 years from discovery to wesker's death.

i like the way you think. but still insanity is not a marker of psychopathy.
lets assume the ponies do have teams of crazy scientists ready willing and able to pull off a stunt like this.
where would they start? poison joke? cutie pox? some random event?

next step: the virus it self
the virus encased within stairway to the sun had the potential to kill outright, and gave those who ate it and lived superhuman strength.
Oswell E. Spencer saw the potental in it, and with his three friends, crafted it into the semi-reliable 'T-virus' form. the 'T-virus' can and will spread throughout the population causing much un-death.
poison joke not so much. there is no virus inside of it its just got magical pollen. even if the scientists could turn it into a 't-virus' type flower, the effects would be unpredictable and defeated by a simple herb bath. not to mention the effects of poison joke(harmless little pranks) don't spread.
special mention: the 'T-virus' destroys the brain of the infected causing those to come back as feral zombies.

Basically think of poison joke as having the potential to be a magical version of the stairway to the sun flower.....

Oswell E. Spencer took the original virus and refined its effects it in to a bio weapon.
if the poison joke gets refined then it'll still be less lethal then a feather and will not be useful.
but a sample of the Progenitor virus infecting a poison joke plant would suffice greatly in any bioweapons plans wesker has

Progenitor virus + poison joke = well a magical virus of sorts would likely be able to provide a larger variety of effects that could likely have more potential do to the semi-reality warping qualities poison joke has.....
if he could get his mitts on such a sample.
the modified Progenitor virus he had/has would not help at all, giving the effects it had on him as a human.
another thing: the poison joke just plays jokes, any lasting mutagen effect wouldn't affect the mind because then it wouldn't be a joke.

I would assume a more twisted and less jokey version of it could likely create eldritch like abominations. Seeing as how the virus in Weskers world is limited to well set laws of sorts, I would assume the magic of poison joke would open up for more insane/lethal mutations.
not really no. if you read the wiki on how some of the B.O.W.'s were made(the tyrants being made from the brains of teens who was being operated on, consciously. making them literately pure fear) i have my doubt the poison joke could match the horrors created by the 'T-virus'. also there would be no zombified foot soldiers to prey on the unfortunate, just creatures changed by the poison joke who still have full control of their mind walking around. hardly worth the effort.
even magic has to follow some laws. besides you can't turn it into a weapon creating plant it has no ability to control the mind.
and you are forgetting the obvious point: the effects poison joke can't spread since it's not using a virus.
take bridle gossip: many on the main 6 went home to building that contained other creatures (siblings, family, animals) but only those who were in the patch were effected.

Haha, I found all the notifications pretty funny. 
And I thought the discussion was really interesting, made me proud of the fandom too, cos I reckon any other fandom would have degenerated to petty name calling after 34 stages of such a discussion. 
So Wesker's Regeneration got through. That's definitely a plus! So this means Wesker's basically a tank again, except this time without any "guns", so to speak. Personally, i'm hoping this also means his indestructible hair-do got through as well. That 'do can take multiple bullets to the face, fall out of a jet mid-flight, AND take a bath in lava and come out completely fine! Seeing as how Wesker's never had to fix up his hair/mane since he got here, I think we can add "can cross through to another dimension" to that list.
It seems Wesker's completely forgot that whole "Maybe world domination isn't the best" thing. Me thinks the voices in his head aren't going to be as fast to drop it as Wesker is.

Also I'm going to begin posting my comments/reviews on fimfiction.net as well as fanfiction.net , as I feel it's easier for authors to respond and connect to their community on fimfiction than on fanfiction.
I must say that this is one of the most well written crossovers i have had the pleasure of reading, not only is the characters personalities EXACTLY like in the show/game but the dialog they have and how they interact is just awsome!
The story is just superb as well, and i must say that i like how you made our dear Wesker handle being in a new world.
To be honest, I did want to write more than 1500 words for this chapter but I felt that this was a good place to end it. Not to mention that I do have over 10, 000 words of uni work to do within the next few weeks but I concede your point and I can promise the next chapter will be longer. 
Indeed. Those are actually (some of) the reasons why he's my favorite villain.
By the way... quick question; If you were to give Wesker clothing at some point in the story would it be the carbon fiber outfit or the suit and the turtleneck? Just a thought that crossed my mind.

I can already imagine him recreating the T- virus or Ouroborus during his time in Equestria. Or just simply duping folks into getting what he wants
