So this is a story on if the Sonic Rainboom that gave the Mane 6 their cutie marks, never happened. Almost all cutie marks change.

As much as this story has so much potential, one error comes to mind. Her condition has rendered her to "stay" in Cloudsdale for life but she lives in her cottage in Ponyville? So are we talking about the same cottage in the canon or a cloud cottage floating relatively high above said town?

It's a seperate cottage, she has never been to or seen ponyville, though I was set off by a different misinformation. Fluttershy was caught before the rainboom, the rainboom not happening wouldn't have affected any preceding events would it? It's still a great story, I just thoughtght about that.

In the begining of the story flutershy is quite young isn't it weird that she starts to have a job at that young age. could you not have not set a few years between flight school and her job at the cloud factory.

It clearly says she has a Cottage somewhere near Ponyville as her team is responsible for that town's cloud creation, thus, if they are responsible for that, their factory should be near said town. Also, the question cannot clearly be answered by you but the creator of this fic clarifying of which cottage the story is referring to and clearing about her Staying in Cloudsdale for life.

Yes but it would be a cloud cottage because she can't go near the ground, the factory is close, but it's in cloudsdale, ponyville is just a little ways behind it. And I don't mean tonbe rude, but the answer is in the fic and not that hard to figure out. I can answer it, because the answer is already there, I guess im just restating it.

3513839 Her cottage is in Cloudsdale. I guess you could say that it's her cloud home, in Cloudsdale.
3514346 I did not think of that. I never really thought about ponies and jobs too much in depth, but I like the idea of a few years.
3514747 She would have a cloud home in Cloudsdale. She would not be able to have a home in Ponyville, and since at the time of the Rainboom, she did not have a home yet. I figured that it would just be a home in the clouds.

3514186 Yes, the events were before the Rainboom, but I felt like I had to change it up somehow. I wanted it to be a little different. I had thought about the butterflies catching her, but I never really factored in the before and after. But I do understand where you are getting at.

Actually, I was just thinking about it and I realized something. With time structured the way it is, your logic of the butterflies catching her is actually quite sound. Have you ever heard of the butterfly effect? Cause thats whT your doing, changing one thing and its effecting others. Its either been proven, or highly agreed upon that a change in history that causes a butterfly effect would effect the past and future. So changing before the rainboom makes it more believable on account of if you know anything about time from a non-subjective standpoint. Just a thought.
