Writing on a phone is no excuse. You can easily squeeze 1500 words out of a single document on a phone. You're making excuses to not genuinely show these events happening. All you do in any of this is say 'this happened'. You don't properly show emotions on your character's part, you don't give enough detail to properly set up a scene.
