Sorry it took me so long to get around to taking a look.
But anyway, you've got an interesting and mostly original concept here and the beginning was very engaging. However it does feel that you have a too much exposition compared to the amount of action. Try focusing more on the characters and their actions then explaining the logic in their heads. Done right, their actions should reflect what their thoughts are.
