Now for some critique:
You capitalize many words that do not need to be capitalized: Apple Pie, Earth Pony, Pegasus, Alicorn, Stallion.
Also, it's just Soarin, not Soarin'. It's a name, so it does not need the apostrophe.
These are just little things you can fix to make your story better.

I loved it. A good Dash romance, and not over the edge (and you proved just because her mane is a freaking rainbow she isn't lez! THANK YOU!)
Just a few flub-ups...
• In some spots of dialogue where there was more to the paragraph after, you put periods. Example:
"So I've heard over a million times." replied Dashie, jokingly, yet a bit annoyed.
• You capitalized words that didn't need to be caps. Example:
The Pegasus made some mistakes again, but they were more forgiving than what she did when she tried to bake a cake all by herself. Soon, Dashie was able to bake an Apple Pie all by herself.

Soarin'Soarin is a name. You didn't need to put apostraphe (nice thinking, though). Example:Soarin' then noticed the aroma of a freshly baked apple pie.
Other than these little mistakes, beutiful story. Makes me wanna... Buy... Pie..... Other than my sudden hunger and mistakes,
