Well written, stuck to character pretty well, and I friggin' love Hitchhiker's Guide, especially Marvin.
Bit surprised that he A) was working for the Krikkit robots (I'm pretty sure that wasn't how it went in the series, but it has been a while...) and B) killed Twilight. Well, not THAT surprised, but it did catch me off guard.
Anyway, good job for your first fic.

Also, I forgot to mention that I loved the ending, where the ponies had nuclear power, meaning they weren't quite the stupid creatures that Marvin had called them. Of course, that wouldn't stop him from still calling them depressingly stupid.
