Dr. Gregory House is called upon to try and save the life of Twilight Sparkle after she falls mysteriously ill. While he is trying to solve this case will the elements of harmony and a certain sun princess teach him about friendship and how to trust? Or will they learn more about themselves then they may have wanted to know?

I haven't seen a crossover between MLP and House which are two of my favorite shows. I'm not a great writer and don't know if I could do a character like Dr. House justice or be able to mix them together correctly. If anyone has seen a house/mlp fanfic please point it out since I'd be very interested in reading it.
This greatly intrigues me. Please continue and use magic equestrian medicine if you can. I hope Chase and 13 show up too! Not this season's boring cast...

It's been a while since I've watched House since I don't have cable, except for the newer episodes which I can watch on the fox website. I thought there was a time when the team consisted of only 13, Chase and Foreman. However if Taub and 13 have always been on the team together I'll try to add him in on the next chapter to keep true to the show.

This is an interesting idea, I doubt House is an easy character to write, so it takes some courage to try that. Takes even more courage to try and write him without actual medical knowledge. Good job.
Also, watch out for the usage of "anyone", "everyone" and the like. Stick true to the show, i.e using "anypony", "everypony", etc...
