Um, you better make some more research about the things you're writing about. To create an explosion like that with gunpowder, you need TONS, like on the ships during the 19th century. Their stash would sometimes get hit and explode, bringing the whole ship down. I advise you to change what hes making to like tnt, dynamite or something.

volt man i would bring JL into Equestria but theres ONE major problem.
Nexus never reproduced the Giant portal gun, and Starman couldn't find him, therefore JL has no way of getting to Equestria.

The only thing that keeps getting me (and I know you described him differently, but I already got the image and voice in my head) is that I keep imagining him as Cyborg from Teen Titans... But alas, I can't get everything I want. Great Story, I am now following it and look forward to the next chapter.
